Delete LTI with expired url

Hi

We had a LTI to a service called "(LTI) Google maps". It seems the provider for this went down and is now a Suspicious Landing Page™.

When trying to delete it (both by ui and api) we get (my garbling of the url):

Have tried to change the url as well, same result.

Any thoughts?

Found a workaround 

Used first a PUT method to null out "editor_button" segment. Then PUT to set "url" to another existing url. Then DELETE works!
