read-only API access or permission

Hi all, 

At U of U, we have an upcoming integration with 3rd party data analysis company which requires accessing all API access.

Is there any way to provide a read-only access to all Canvas APIs? 

Since we don't have any chances the 3rd company accidently commits any modification onto Canvas, we need to give them READ-ONLY access to APIs. 

I investigated Canvas Permissions document, but I can't really find out the correct answer. 

Please let me know any comments or thoughts.
