radiology for dummies?

hey guys, 

not sure if it's just me, but I learned nothing about properly reading xrays (esp abdominal series) in mod 2, because it made my brain hurt. Has anyone stumbled across a good resource for achieving basic competence w/ this?? let me know!!

Also, I recently was sent this gem, for those of you still on rotations... its apparently really useful and concise summary videos for various topics on each rotation:

They have tutorials for most of the radioloical modalities. I found it helpful for reading CXR but they should be good for AXR and CTs too. Hopefully that helps.
