Hope you're all eagerly looking forward to this Saturday!  The weather outlook is fantastic at the moment: 85°, partly cloudy, 10% chance of rain.  Should be great for swimming and hanging out outside!  A few things we should figure out before then:

You'll probably want to bring your own bathing suit.  Sorry we don't do rentals at my parents' house.  We do have extra towels and sunscreen though!

For the soccer-inclined, the 3rd place world cup match takes place in the afternoon.  I'll make sure we have it playing somewhere so you can get your soccer fix if you need to!

For food/drinks, I was thinking it may be easier to just contribute some $dollars$ and I can swing by a grocery store beforehand.  Alternatively, we can do a potluck-type thing and people can sign up to bring whatever.  Does anyone feel strongly one way or the other?

And as far as I know, Omar and I are able to drive people into the 'burbs.  Two rides is probably enough for our learning team alone, but if more special friends are coming then we will have to arrange more rides!  For instance, Risha is likely going to come along too, so let's try to figure out how many we have and how many rides we'll need.
