Assalamu alaikum,

Alhumdulillah, Michigan is welcoming many Syrian refugee families to the Metro Detroit area.  These families are coming here with practically nothing in their pockets, so MMCC has taken the lead on collecting items that would help them begin their new lives in Michigan.

In addition to the items on the wishlist, clothes, towels, cleaning supplies, microwaves, backpacks, school supplies, and all other everyday basic essentials are needed.
Monetary donations can be made by writing a check out to The Foundation for Justice and Development.

Drop-off Info:
If you'd like to drop items off on Mon-Sat., please drop them off at 5179 Patrick Rd., West Bloomfield MI. Please call Nada Kurdish at 248-252-2576 before doing so.
If you'd like to drop items off on Sun., please drop them off at the MAS warehouse - 3425 Starr Rd., Royal Oak MI. Please call/text Nada Kurdish regarding what timings for Sunday drop off.

Or you can drop items off to my home by Tues., Sept 29 and I will take them to West Bloomfield for you, inshaAllah.
