Planning Group
1
Q- When will we need to have our submissions submitted?
A- Final date to be advised - any information submissions may be
presented now.
2
Q How comprehensive would you recommend our submissions to be for this
stage in the planning process, presumably this would be a preliminary
round of brief submissions before full consultation about ideas?
A As the details of the process are still being worked through a
brief / draft of the submission would be acceptable at this stage so
that we have something to work on to see the range and scope of ideas.
3
Q- Are there any specific areas you'd like us to critique?
A- At this stage we have no agenda or "no go" zones. The areas for
critique at this stage could be what you feel is important. At some
point there will be a decision made which prioritises issues to
establish what we need to work on first as a matter of being
practical. Other issues are of course held in abeyance for further
consideration rather than being forgotten or rejected. Everything will
have to be a function of our capability to manage issues.
4
Q- Are you planning to release the material for general consideration
and subsequent feedback; I think this would be very valuable.
A- Yes. Intention is to have all information available so a
comprehensive understanding of the overriding pressures and issues of
our situation is possible.
5
Q- Would it be possible to communicate in additional ways to this
website as I only noticed on here today about the change in plans and
I'm sure others would be in a similar situation if they're not always
online or happen to neglect this site, after all we wouldn't want to
miss out.
A- Yes.
Thanks very much,
Good luck with the planning everybody.
Regards,
Nicholas Hill
