Notice is hereby given that the rescheduled Annual General Meeting of
Fencing Mid-South/CPAFC (Canterbury Amateur Fencing Council) will be held at
8pm on Wednesday 17 May 2007 at the Fencing Institute on Jack Hinton Drive,
Addington.

Notices of Motion
Notices of motion for consideration at the Annual General Meeting must be
submitted in writing or email to the Secretary, proposed and seconded by
financial members of Fencing Mid-South/CPAFC, no later than Monday 15 May
2007.
Any notices received for the original meeting do not need to be resubmitted.
