NOTICE OF FENZ ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING FOR 2007

Hello Everybody,

This posting is inspired by the notice for the 2007 FeNZ AGM, also I
would like to mention that United Fencing Club will have its first
session for the year on the 27th of February, that is next Tuesday,
Avonside Girls High Gym at 7pm. If you happen to know when other clubs
start please post here or email me so I can.

And without further ado, here is the notice for the FeNZ AGM for this
year. It's also available on www.fencing.org.nz posted 20th February.

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Fencing New
Zealand (New Zealand Amateur Fencing Association Incorporated) will be
held on Saturday 31 March 2007 at 2.00pm at the FenCentre, 69 Tasman
Street, Wellington.

Election of Officers
Nominations for the following positions must be submitted to the
Secretary-General no later than 9 March 2007:

President
Secretary-General
Treasurer
Selector/s
Patron
Hon Auditor

Nominations must be in writing, proposed and seconded, with nominee,
proposer and seconder being financial members of Fencing New Zealand.

Notices of Motion
Notices of motion for consideration at the Annual General Meeting must
be submitted in writing to the Secretary General, proposed and
seconded by financial members of Fencing New Zealand, no later than 9
March 2007.

The Fencing Institute is open to any fencers.
We train on Monday and Thursday evenings, starting at 6.30pm for the general
session.
We've been training throughout the summer break so if you want to have a bit
of a warm up session before United starts, come along this Thursday!
