Setting nonzero velocity and temeprature gradients at inlets

I am using Cantera for 1D counterflow diffusion flame. Is there a way to set velocity and temperature gradients at inlets to a non zero value?

Not to my knowledge. There are two boundary conditions for each of the 2nd order ODE's describing the problem; at each end of the domain, one of them is enforced. See https://cantera.org/documentation/docs-2.5/doxygen/html/de/dd2/classCantera_1_1Inlet1D.html
