Hello, 

I want to use write_yaml function with cantera extract_submechanism.

When i add gas2.write_yaml() in note, there is error 

--------------------------------------------------------------------------- AttributeError Traceback (most recent call last) <ipython-input-25-e5b5783e0448> in <module> ----> 1 gas2.write_yaml AttributeError: 'Solution' object has no attribute 'write_yaml' 

My Cantera version is 2.6.0a1.

Please help me!

Hi,

How did you get the source code for Cantera? How did you build and install Cantera? What is the value of ct.__git_commit__? I don't recall when we bumped to 2.6.0a2, but it's likely that you have a commit prior to the introduction of the write_yaml function.
