Cantera's Matlab toolbox for Macs with M2 chips

Hey,

The matlab toolbox for cantera doesn't seem to support Apple M2 chips. Any idea when that might change? The latest Matlab version (2023b) supports M2 chips.

The Conda packages available for Cantera 3.0.0 via the cantera conda channel support Macs with both Intel and Apple Silicon processors. Please follow the installation instructions here: https://cantera.org/install/conda-install.html#matlab-interface.
