Combustion of methane and air

Hello everyone my name is Furkan Enes,

 I am a very new user of Cantera and I am trying to solve the combustion of methane and air with a volume ratio of 1/10.  I want to find the adiabatic flame temperature, k, c_p, and absolute viscosity values of the final product.  Air is at room temperature.
The thing that is asked of me is finding them and tabulating those properties depending on different flame temperatures. I really need help.

By the way, I am using Matlab to find tabulated values.

I believe most (if not all) of those questions are covered by Cantera's MATLAB tutorial, see https://cantera.org/tutorials/matlab-tutorial.html. If you still have questions after that, please do reach out.
