Ignition Delay Time Error

Hello,

I'm trying to run the python code used in the attached Juypter Notebook example, it runs seamlessly in Juypter Notebook, but I get an error when running in Spyder. How can I remedy this issue?

Example

Error:

self._output_dummy = self._states[..., 0]

TypeError: list indices must be integers or slices, not tuple

Your help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Dudley,

1. Can you tell us which version of Cantera you are running, and how you installed it?

2. Is that the full error message? It seems like there is probably more into, since “ self._output_dummy = self._states[..., 0]” does not appear anywhere directly in the sample script.
