Adding substance that is not on gri30.cti file

Hi all, I am new to cantera and wanted to calculate AFT for  C2H5OH which is not there in gri30.cti file, can anyone share me the code to append new species to the file

Hi,

Please do not use GRI-3.0 for modern research work, unless you have some very specific reason to do so. You can find many ethanol mechanisms in the literature, for instance, I believe there are relatively recent mechanisms from Prof. Henry Curran's group at NUI Galway that include ethanol. http://c3.nuigalway.ie/
