Hello people!

To simulate gas detonations I should  link the cantera library to OpenFoam, I have found a useful link on the openfoamwiki (http://openfoamwiki.net/index.php/Contrib_alternateReactingFoam ) but this is for older versions of cantera and openfoam and don't work anymore (or at least not with my -still- little knowledge of these programs).
If someone could help me or has more information, that would be fantastic :).

Kind regards

James

James,

I'm also curious regards the current situation of package. Perhaps you can have updates from the original authors. There's 2008 talk from them here: http://powerlab.fsb.hr/ped/kturbo/openfoam/Berlin2008/SessionVA/OSCIC-08_GschaiderRehm.pdf

I think another fantastic integration should be Cantera and CAPE-OPEN process simulators (http://www.colan.org/index-3.html). These simulators could get advantage of kinetic and equilibrium calculations in their chemical reactor libraries.
