Dear Canopy Science Community Forum members,
I am sorry if this topic is slightly off the main theme of this forum, but together with Roger Kitching (Griffith Univ), Chris Burwell (Queensland Museum), and Louise Ashton (Hong Kong Univ), we are currently running a new special issue, Altitude Distribution of Insects in Tropical and Subtropical Rainforests, in the journal Forests (ISSN 1999-4907, IF 2.4). We serve as Guest Editor of this SI. We would like to invite you to contribute a paper related to this special issue.
This open-access journal will be an ideal outlet if you or your students have some basic data or ideas which may or may not hit high-profile journals (and this is the very idea why we decided to go ahead with this special issue with MDPI).
