Canopy Ecology Special Issue and the 8th Canopy Conference in Xishuangbanna, China

Dear all Canopy Science Community Forum members, 

This is Aki from Xishuangbanna Tropical Botanical Garden. 

My colleagues Roger Kitching, Louise Ashton and Brett Scheffers finally finalized our special issue on canopy ecology in Frontiers in Forests and Global Change. This special issue contains a total of 12 papers (including our editorial) on a range of organisms in the forest canopies across the world. I hope you enjoy reading them!

I would also like to inform you all that the 8th International Canopy Conference was scheduled in October 2022 (it was originally scheduled in 2020...). I deeply regret that I have decided to postpone the conference again until 2023 as China is still not accessible to most of you and I would very much like to have this conference in person so that you can come visit this beautiful part of China and our canopy crane! I hope this arrangement is OK with everyone... And I very much look forward to seeing you all IN PERSON in China next year!!!!!
