Making the rounds on Twitter this afternoon are these old photographs of a variable-width font, "Two Bit Gothic Proportional Condensed," and a later Information Appliance-designed version. The former is from Digibarn:
But the latter I haven't seen before:
Twitter responses suggest the former was designed for "Burrell Smith’s original 6809-based Mac board, which had a 256x256 display," but I haven't seen the latter on a Swyftcard or a Cat, anyone know anything else about it?
