What is the deal with HESG?

I've only been following HESG since Oct last year. I own quite a
few shares (like everyone else). And through the past 2 wks I would
have thought that with ST releasing HESG from their restricted list
that TD would have followed suite very soon behind...but obviously
they have not. I continue to struggle with with finding good
motivation in support for HESG. We have not received the said "Share
Structure Report" nor have we received anything else from the company
for that matter. Yet, everywhere I look, I see "email traffic" from
from TG and Mike Smith...and it only looks like bad news. Has HESG
proceeded forward with the Montana/Colorado buildings/licensing or
what? And IC/Thinkfish, don't take this the wrong way, but I barely
understand any of what you post in regards to all the proposed price
value and share count and all of those long posts that you have on
here!
A little help explaining it to me in "Laymen's terms" would be nice!

the HESG restriction?

I have many post here, since I mostly post here my post are the only
ones we get to critique. Maybe all you had to do when you don't
understand them is to ask. Regards to proposed price value and share

Well if Organic Science did strike a deal with HESG, like they did
strike a deal with IMAI for 15 Million Dollars in stock. I would say
Organic Science would have at least 15 Million in stock to trade for
HESG. Whats 15 Million Dollars divided by 20 Billion shares? I would
say it comes out .00075 per HESG 20 Billion Shares Authorized. Or 750K
per every 1B HESG shares, of course this means nothing but Organic
Science has at least that to offer HESG in a buyout or merger.

Healing Center Montana was a two part deal correct? Montana and
Colorado? I believe HESG had to go else where for a Colorado MMJ
Wellness Center. Why no progress in Montana? I think it would be due
to location location and the location. I really don't know,
but a deal did not go through as planned for sure.
HESG Motivation? After months with no PR HESG has not had a .0001 ask,
is motivating for me. HESG Logo also raises my interest. And the 43
Billion HESG shares traded in 2009 raises my interest, with 3 Billion
- A/S before Feb. 3 - 20 Billion after?...If the share structure ever
comes out ... we will see

Thanks Tank for trying to defend me and what I do. It has not gone
un-noticed, so you can see where my frustration comes from that seems

For all that I do and have done for 007, it seems like a very
one-sided relationship. I can't even get a 007 mod to take a picture
or scan a HESG stock cert for me, like it would be too much trouble.
Alex talks about posting to other boards to get the word out about the
stocks 007 is promoting. But fails to even post on the board I created
Think'SHO'Tank, an educational Finra board where nothing is off the
