Florida-based Health Sciences Group Inc is in the business of
Industrial Organic Chemicals. It currently trades under the stock
symbol HESG.PK on the Pink Sheets. Investors should fully understand
the risks of trading Pink Sheet stocks when making a decision to
invest in these companies.
The company has issued some recent news. On Mar 10, 2009, Health
Sciences Group Inc stated that " Health Sciences to Change Corporate
Name and Form a Holding Company ". Although this news is out there, it
is too early to determine the ultimate effect that it will have on the
company's share price.
This is a HESG blast from the past, this is also the same date I
realized at this time HESG was all ready sold out of floating HESG
shares at that time of 600 Million.

If Organic Science was the Holding Company (HESG) built, I would have
to believe the 15 Million Dollars, International Merchant Advisors,
Inc. (IMAI) plans paying in stock for Organic Science is going to be
paid to Health Science Group. Inc. (HESG) shareholders. How many
holding companies does Health Science Group Inc., have?
