Hi everyone,
I wanted to run this by everyone in case anyone else has had similar issues. I have noticed recently that when trying to contact certain residents that I am consistently sent to their voicemail and several of them are typically good about answering calls which has been odd. Earlier today one of them happened to stop by and was adamant that they hadn't received my calls today nor over the past week. We then went through her call log together and saw that my Ringcentral number was showing up as Spam likey which is why she wasn't answering my calls. Myself and Derrick suspected something like this a month or so ago when I had a similar issue with another resident who wasn't getting my calls.
Is there someone we can contact at RingCentral to get this issue resolved?
