Part-Time Staff- Pay Rate Change

Hello everyone,

I'm excited to share that the City of Ann Arbor has released a new Living Wage Ordinance that increases pay for Program Assistants to $19.42/hour. The pay for Lead Program Assistants will increase to $22.42/hour. These new rates will take effect with the timesheet starting on 04/27/2026. 

Site Directors, please hang this Living Wage Ordinance poster at your site in a location visible to staff.
