Why isn't the extension in the Chrome Store?

Hi,

I've just setup a new computer and the beloved PickPocket Extension wasn't installed. Then I tried to find it, but couldn't. From another computer I found the original Chrome Store URL, but it doesn't work anymore. 

Why isn't the extension in the Store anymore? 

I hope to see it coming back, soon!

Hi Chris,

I'm very sorry. Pickpocket has been discontinued. 

I would have left it in the Chrome App Store as an unsupported extension indefinitely, but Google at one point demanded proof that the extension didn't collect users' private data or they would remove it from the store. Although Pickpocket never collected anything (as anyone could tell by examining the source code on Github), proving it was not worth the effort to me, so I pulled the extension myself.

I apologise for the inconvenience.
