Running Chrome, Win7Pro

After I approve the authorization on the Pocket web page, the following is displayed in the browser and the extension fails to connect:

Pickpocket needs your authorization to access your Pocket account. Please click below to proceed. This is a one-time process.
Pickpocket has been updated to use Pocket's v3 API, which requires a one-time, interactive authorization process. After this, Pickpocket will no longer need to store your login info.
Authorize Pickpocket to access your Pocket account

Hi,

Something is going badly wrong for some users when Pickpocket is updated to v1.2.0.x. I have not been able to isolate the problem yet (especially as I'm at work).

For now, you may wish to downgrade to the previous release, 1.1.5.1. I've attached a copy of that version here.

To install it:
  1. Save the attached file (pickpocket_1.1.5.1.crx) to your desktop or wherever.
  2. Uninstall or disable the copy of Pickpocket you got from the Chrome Web Store.
  3. Drag and drop the file saved in step 1 onto the Extensions page in Chrome. (The page should show the message "Drop to install".)
Please note that this installation will not be updateable through the normal Chrome Web Store update mechanism. I will hopefully post here again when a fixed release is available on the Web Store.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

Bob,

Please try the latest release on the Web Store. You can simply disable 1.1.5.1 beforehand, and then reenable it if the new one doesn't work out.

OK, that worked. Thanks for the help. Looking forward to when you get this resolved so that I can use some of the new features.
