I was curious as whether it was beneficial to use a UTM token stripper extension or script in addition to the DirectLinks function or whether this would be duplicative or counterproductive.  The goal here being to reduce tracking and unwanted redirects while avoiding redundant add-ons.  Thank you.  -MB

Hello,

DirectLinks is not designed to remove UTM tokens. Furthermore, DirectLinks only works on Google and Facebook links. While Google links are unlikely to have these tokens, i'm not sure about Facebook links. If you are concerned about UTM tokens, it's a good idea to use an extension that removes them; most likely it will not interfere with DirectLinks, or vice versa.
