Czech translation

Hi

I have saved in cze as default.po. When I set the default cze and in my account, no change in language. Change is unsuccessful. It does not appear or no error in the log or nothing.

Please advise me

to mark your work as contribution, sending translation over github should be better.

plus to addiing new langage, you have to add this section as well.
