How can i set up email for notification. Email is not working.

it also supports SMTP.

You can use gmail/sendgrid/mailgun .

That is not special.

just setup as normal smtp.

I have hosted candycane on http://testing.salyani.org/ . Iam not very good on SMTP so plz tell me detail.

where do i found parameter for the following form .?

Emission email address

email transport

smtp host

smtp port

smtp username

smtp password

Blind carbon copy recipients (bcc)

plain text mail (no HTML)

it depends on your server.

ask to admin of your server.

if you setup server manually, it all up to you.

Do i need to fill any field when i select php mail option?

email transport: PHP Mail.

It is still not working while i select php mail option.

if you select php mail option,  your server must be setup well for mail() function of php.

if you can send mail with php -r "mail()",  you should be okay.

also, check you spam folder as well.

My server is ok with mail() method. Also there is no any message in spam too.

While i try to send test message it shows following message.

"An Internal Error Has Occurred.

Error: An Internal Error Has Occurred.

there is no any error log in the CPANEL error log.

k, turn on debug mode, then you will see log on the screen.
