Suggestion on the right-side menu; move POWER button somewhere else

I've hit the POWER button several times when I'm attempting to swap disks; this is a little frustrating.  I'd like to have it far, far away from any other buttons 

Also, how about a special auto-save option?  Sometimes when I switch from candyapple to Chrome or to Exchange it closes in the background; it would be nice to have that auto-save to be able to recover from my last state.
