I bought a handheld garment steamer a couple of months ago but hadn't had a chance to use it until today. While unpacking I lost the instruction manual. I filled the reservoir with distilled water. The two lights go on as well as a third. No heat! I tried to find this product for help but only found it for sale. I want to use this steamer.

We are unable to find the wall-to-massager electrical cord with which to attach to allow attachment from the wall outlet to the four-pin cylindrical adapter with an arrow per the black-on-yellow tag attached to the device.

What is the difference between the SP105H & SP100H massager. Do they massage the same - any difference? It looks as if the SP105H has a strap to put it on a chair but I don't think the SP100H does. What are the other differences?
