Not receiving results

Hi there,

I have registered with CanDo and completed their Submission of a CaDNAno file as per the online tutorial instructions. Shortly after submitting my file for analysis I received two emails; one confirming my submission and the other notifying me that analysis on my submission has begun. However I never received the results, either on the webpage or via email. I have tried submitting twice and waiting several days for the results but they've never come through. I made my submission as simple as possible (coarse resolution, no atomic model) so I'd have expected the results back fairly quickly.

Any advice or resolution on the matter would be much appreciated. Alternatively if there is an alternative piece of software that can convert the .json CaDNAano file to a BILD fiile for importing into UCSF Chimera that would also be much appreciated.
