The calculation of structure did not start

Hi everyone,

Started from last week, the calculation of structure seems not working. In the beginning, I received more than 10 emails about successful submission of one .json file. However, It did not processed so there was no email about the analysis and results. Later, I tried to upload some files. It did not have any emails nor the update on the websites. Could you please check if the simulation is working? Thank you.
