Not receiving results of atomic model

Hi there,

I have submitted my file for Cando analysis and received a confirmation email but no further notice. In this submission, i have requested the atomic model and provided a csv. file as well.  However, if a submit the same json file for analysis without asking for atomic model i do receive  results in the form of deformed shaped, heat maps and videos.  Please guide me through this problem.
