p.s. Had some bone pain so had to go for a bone scan. Made it through the horror okay. They tell me I have arthritis. I say, HURRAH FOR ARTHRITIS.

Sheesh. Hope all of you are doing okay.  Let's get together soon. If anyone wants to go to this event, we could do dinner after...and drinks....and more drinks.....  ;^)

Hi everybody! I would love to join you to celebrate but I will be flying back from Alabama, hopefully victorious at the Senior Olympics. Yes I am old! 

Nancy glad to hear the bone pain is arthritis, well not glad you have arthritis, but you know what I mean. I am wondering if I am suffering the same thing. Back, neck and hip pain (again I am old!) making it difficult to do almost anything these past few weeks. Get the results of my MRI tomorrow so fingers crossed.

This sounds like fun.  I'd love to go with you girls.  

Yes the pain of arthritis is something I know very well.  But better arthritis than C.  Cathy, hope you have it too.  We can all share our arthritis stories instead of C stories.  Getting old has its drawbacks but it beats the alternative.  I turned 61 last month.  I still can't believe it.

MRI results were not great so getting PET scan on Friday. It's about time the insurance company approved it! Did not get my treatment as Doc wants to see what PET shows first. Gave me pain patch but afraid to use it - not sure how it will make me feel and nervous about long commute. Will start using it this weekend as a trial.
