Cancer validator gives error

Hi Team,
i used sample given by the cancer IG document name is "Cancer_Event_Report_Document_R1D1dot1.xml " located in  CDAR2_IG_RPT2CANCERREG_R1_DSTU1.1_2015APR got cancer IG documents.

Tool is giving errors as sample needs to passed with validator.

PFA error.
kindly guide as where is the issue?

My name is Sean Porter, a new member of the Division of Cancer Prevention and Control with the CDC.  I am taking over some of Wendy Blumenthal's responsibilities and this is one of the areas I'm going to be working in.

I've had some technical issues with getting access to this Google group, which have been partially fixed at this time.  I don't have a solution for you at this time but I wanted to let you know that I have used the same test file and I'm getting the same error messages.  I'm currently investigating this and hope to have more information for you in the near future.

I have requested that a technical specialist look into this ASAP.  I think it's a combination of some errors in the file and the validator being updated so this older file is not formatted correctly for updated validation rules.

It is actively being investigated and I hope to have some more news in the very near future.

Our technical specialist is reviewing it now.  He is checking into what the reason behind the errors and attempting to determine if it's the validator or the file.  I'm hopeful we will have answers very soon.

Thank you for reaching out about this, and my apologies for the amount of time it has taken to get to a resolution.  I have a few updates regarding the validator and the test file.

• The sample file has been determined to have errors (obviously) and thus I have been discussing with our subject matter experts the best way to deal with this.
• We have a series of files that are more up-to-date and do work in the validator.  They pass conformance but have some mismatched data, so I'm actively working on getting these mismatches fixed before the files are released.

I expect to have these files ready for distribution by early next week.  Rather than having one file, there will be a series of files that can be used for the five different test cases listed in the validator.  The files will be labeled which test case they are to be used for validation.

As soon as the files are ready for distribution I will post here.
