Cancer Report Validator for (f)(4) Transmission to Cancer Registries

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone can please confirm if the Cancer Registry Validator at https://cda-validation.nist.gov/cda-validation/muCRV.html is the correct tool for validating CDA messages for the ONC (f)(4) Transmission to Cancer Registries criteria.
