Downtime for NIST-hosted NHCS and CRV websites/applications

NIST webhosting is transferring to AWS between this week and the end of September / beginning of October.  We anticipate some downtime of hours or perhaps days for the public, NIST-hosted National Health Care Survey and Cancer Registry Validation tools in the next couple of weeks.  Please plan accordingly.
