Kevin,
I don’t believe the tool requires the procedures in a specific order, but it does have some issues with the way it currently indicates errors related to mismatches on codes and display names when there are multiple entries, like procedures. This is an issue we plan to address in a future update. In the meantime, can you please send me the file so I can take a closer look? You can send it directly to me rather than the Google Group if you’d prefer.
Thanks,
Wendy

Kevin,
Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. I confirmed that the error does seem to be caused by the order of the procedures. I agree that the order should not matter, and therefore we recommend that this error be ignored until a fix is made to the tool.
Also, as a reminder to testing bodies, the CRV Juror Document (https://oncprojectracking.healthit.gov/wiki/display/CRIGTT/CRV+Juror+Document) acknowledges the possibility of errors that may not actually represent true failures and indicates that manual review may be needed:
“Any ERRORs, WARNings, INFO, and MISMATCHes in the CRV results need to be evaluated because some of these results may not actually be failures. See details in Interpreting CRV Results.
All results provided by the CRV are not final until reviewed by a tester. Results indicating a failure may pass certification if an exception can be granted through appropriate documentation.”
Thank you,
Wendy
