Dear Mr. Nguyen,

I trust my email finds you well.

The World Heritage Centre would like to share and closely follow up with you on the status on the completion progress for the Third Cycle Periodic Reporting Questionnaire (Sections I and II) for your State Party as of 5 November 2020.

Section I

Section II

The deadline for the early completion of your section of the questionnaire is 31 January 2021 for Section I and 31 March 2021 for Section II. We are optimistic that your State Party will accomplish the target of 100% for all the sections within these deadlines.

While we are aware that much of the information might be collected offline, we would strongly recommend that you begin filling in the online questionnaire as well. As you have noted, there are 130+ questions for section I and 230+ questions per section II to be answered, with some questions generating additional sub-questions. Some questions have already been prefilled and only require validation/update from your side, while other question types require a more thorough response and/or data gathering.

To date, we observed that the most of the questionnaire’s sections for Viet Nam are still at 0% completed.

 

If you or a Site Manager are having difficulties accessing their respective section, please kindly informed us by sending an email to wh-periodi...@unesco.org as soon as possible so we can ensure with the necessary technical support.
