Anyone mildly interested in the YOW forum and who is sitting "on the
fence" SHOULD go . The open day @ Vintage Wings is a MUST!!!! .IMHO on
Sunday instead of going to NAM for the BOB flypast GO TO VINTAGE
WINGS and watch all the WW11 stuff start up and group up to fly .
Unlike Saturday you're generally surrounded by like minded enthusiasts
and one can get quite close to the A/C . 4 years back one of the
Hurricane pilots asked me if I'd mind pulling out the right chocks and
act as right wing minder as he taxiid out , my answer "of course "
Unfortunately ,I won't be there as I've got dates booked back in
November for Salmon fishing .
