Proposing some Canasta extensions

Hello,

On behalf of some clients and partners, I have proposed a list of extensions to be added to Canasta, which you can see here: https://github.com/CanastaWiki/Canasta/issues/192

We currently have a discussion going on in this GitHub Issues page. One point of contention seems to relate to whether it makes sense to add these extensions even if there are already extensions on Canasta that can do something similar, but not the same way.

Looking forward to hearing from everyone about whether to include these extensions or not.
