New Canasta biweekly meeting link

Hi all,

The biweekly meeting link has been changed to use Zoom. This resolves an issue where I had to be present to start the meeting even if I was unable to attend, but moving to another Google Meet hosted by someone else would result in a 1-hour limit being reached.
