Canasta 1.2.2 released

Canasta 1.2.2 was released on 22 December 2022 at 22:30 UTC.

This is a minor release based on MediaWiki 1.35.8.

Change log:

• Fix installation of EmailAuthorization extension
• Fix web installer to also install Bootstrap extension if Chameleon skin gets installed
• Add MW_MAP_DOMAIN_TO_DOCKER_GATEWAY as an environment variable (set to true by default)
• Remove patches made unnecessary by cfLoad... removal

In addition, the following orchestrator stacks have also been updated.

Canasta for Docker Compose 1.2.2 (https://github.com/CanastaWiki/Canasta-DockerCompose/releases/tag/v1.2.2) has been released to reflect the following changes:

• Caddyfile support has been added.
• The Canasta image used is upgraded to 1.2.2.
