Temporary disruptions to Canasta installations for release of Canasta 2.0

Hello all,
In preparation of releasing Canasta 2.0 for SMWCon 2023, there will be breaking changes deployed to the Canasta Docker image, Canasta Docker Compose stack, and the Canasta CLI. This deployment process is expected to take a few hours, but may last several days depending on how many unexpected issues pop up. To minimize disruptions, we heavily recommend you switch to the stable branch.
