Hi all,

Mphasis have a further requirement for 2014 (BE/BTech) Pass out fresher’s. So the recruitment is done for the candidates referred by any mphasis employee. So If anyone from our class or any of your friends interested please contact me.The Last Date of referring the candidates is 26th July’14.

The details on the Job Profile have been mentioned below.

Job Profile: The candidate will be deployed as the part of the Applications Team.

Target Batch: 2014 (BE/BTech) – CS, IS, IT and E&C

Location: Bangalore, Pune, Chennai, Mumbai & Mangalore.

Desired Profile:
• Minimum 60% marks in graduation
• The candidate needs to possess good communication skills
• The students need to be flexible to get allocated to any Mphasis operating location
• The students need to be flexible to take up any technology and the work shift timings that would be allocated to them for training and deployment there afterwards

CTC Details:
• The candidate will be hired at 'Level 1' for 6 months at INR 120000/-. They will remain at Level 1 for 6 months irrespective of them getting deployed earlier to projects.
• The candidate will be moved to 'Level 2' after 6 months at INR 250000/-

Bond Period: 24 Months, in case of default an amount of INR 1,00,000 will be recovered from the employee.

Interview Details: There are 3 rounds of interviews.

• First round – AMCAT Test (Aptitude)
• Second round – Panel Interview
• Final Round – Versant Test (Communication Test)

Interview Venue: All the rounds of Interview will be conducted to all the participants at ELLA, Mangalore. Hence the participants will have to travel to Mangalore for taking the interview. The date of the Interview and address of the venue will be shared with the participants directly.
