Victor I do not want this to drag out.
Is there an time when you could do a conference call to go over your outstanding balance with me and someone from New washington Land.   I would like to get this up to date and then we can focus on the late fees. By getting it up to date we stop the late fees. We don't traditionally have unit owners who have stopped paying their condo fee or skipped as many months as you have. A few unit owners may fall behind for month or two but they pay their fines and then catch up,

The convector as I think we all understood should be amortized over a 24month period as obtains with many others in the condominium.

The statement I have dated 12/19, which is what I'm using for reference ( since I'm unable to print out the email attachment at present) shows one payment of $59.20 in January 2012.
This can't be possible.
Will need to retrieve my bank statements from storage and see what checks were written to Washington Land Co.

I will in the meantime appreciate examining the possibility of agreeing in princie, applying what I paid to the relevant months and determing if any months were infact missed in 2011.

As far as I can mentally recollect ,payments were made duly in 2011 and part of 2012 until I believe one particular month when it was late due to personal issues ( it was actually an oversight)and strangulating fees started being computed which I eventually took issue with.That's why I stopped making paments in May which after our email exchanges I paid. This statement from WLC does not show any payments at all except for $59.20 .

Asking one person in the condominium to pay $2,000 to $3,000 in late fees of a yearly $4476.00 condo fee is actually killing to put it midly.

Any precedent of this sort of situation?.

Meanwhile will make time to search for the relevant bank statements and get back to you.

Victor can you tell me what your plans are to pay the rest of the late condo fees. The wy the accounting is done the outstanding balance on the convectors stay on your account till it gradually get paid off. But their still an outstanding condo fee.

Victor let me see what I can arrange. Please look at the new statement that Suzanne sent you. When in February could you pay the remainder of the condo fee and other fees?

If according to Ms Winter, what is missing are a couple of payments in 2011, will be quite willing to make those payments to other incidentals sometime in Febuary as the 2nd tranche.

As for the matter of $2-$3000 late fees I believe this is basically what I was protesting .

I can make myself available for a conference call next Wednesday late afternoon if you needed.

Vistor lets be clear.  The balance due as of 12.31/12 is
746 in condo fees.  400 in fees. for a total of 1146.  But the board expect that you will also make your January condo fee. 
Also Victor you cannot mail your check by the 15th.  Your check has to be received and posted to your account by new Washington land by the 15th.  If ths is not done there is nothing the board can do as the system will automatically add a late fee at end of business on the 15th.
 
The board is prepared to reduce your late fee of 1492 to 1000.  This is approximately a reduction of 1/3.  The board is not prepared to go further because you let this issue drag on for so long.  So this is to confirm that you will pay the $1146 by the end of February in addition to paying your January and Febuary condo fees on time.
