Attached ( i hope) is a fairly simply due diligence check list that could be modified.  ( le me know if this isn't attached

We want to know about the various companies we interview ... We want to know more than if they provide the services we require.  We want to know how they operate, their core competencies, their ownership model, history, mgt. team, command structure, governance process.   

we want to know a good deal about their finances, accounting procedures, audits of their co., outstanding Nolan's ... i.e. are they solvent.   Liability

We want to know about their customer base.... Retention rate ... Etc.
