Contractor rules

Peggy suggested the creation of a 1 page summary to be sent to unit owners of the rules contractors must follow.  This is attached. Please let us know if there are comments.

This summary needs a bit of reorganization.  Specifically, only 4,7, and 8 go directly to contractors. I think it needs some tightening up in terms of who the audience is and why they are getting it.  The first issue is what the unit owners can do.  The next issue is what we need to tell the contractors. Does this help?  I am happy to discuss this.
