Agenda for Board Meeting Thursday October 25th at 6 pm.

Our next board meeting is on Thursday October 25th at 6 pm. 

We have requested to hold the meeting at the Palisades Library on McArthur Blvd, however we have not heard anything from them yet. We will check again on Monday. If we do not get a response then we will meet again at NWL offices.  So keep checking emails. No one has indicated tht they need to participate via phone. Joel will not be with us but we have know that for a while.

 

I am sending this message a couple of ways so that I can test if the google groups process is working. So please check if you also receive this message through google group in you google account.

Please go into google groups and check for a posting under both reserves and bylaws. Greg has done a great job of listing all the areas that his committee identified as needing revisions in our bylaws. Please review if you have time and let him know if you think there is any other section we need to ask the lawyer to review. 

Also the last recommendation from the reserve committee  led by Joel will be posted.

 

The agenda for our meeting is as follows

1) UPdate on Follow up items from our last meeting.  Review of financials (Susan and all)

2) Introduction to Mercer and Trigiani the law firm that will be updating our bylaws.

3) Update on Reserve Study (Paula Cholmondeley for Joel Klenck)

4) Update on Bylaw revisions (Greg Mansfield)

5) Continued discussion on Trees (Paula Cholmondeley for Joel Klenck)

6) Upkeep of the building - All

7) Open Issues - changing the way we work with our managment company.
