I would also ask for the background of the property manager who is responsible for us. Their experience in doing major renovation projects and their experience in working with boards to help raise condo fees and increase reserves. Thanks for doing this.

Yusef this is to confirm that you or someone from your team will be meeting with the Canal Terrace Board tommorrow at 6.30 pm.  This is what we had agreed to before the holidays.
The meeting will take place at the building it self.  4570 MacArthur Blvd.  We will be meeting in apartment G-7.  The apartment owner is Joel Klenck one of our board members. Please ring his bell at the front door.  If you have problems pleae call my cell phone 6176693091.  The board met tonight and in addition to the materials that you sent us which we reviewed,  below is a sample of some of the additional questions that we have.
We would also like to know who specifically would be the property manager for the building and their background.
Would you please confirm the appointment tommorrow.  I will also call your office first thing.

Yusef we appreciate the information and the meeting. We like the team approach.However we have two questions.
1) the price you quoted has turned out to be high vs the other proposals we received. In the materials it says that the price includes a premium because of our location and that you do not have many other clients in our area. However this not something we can pay for. Also during the meeting Aaron indicated that this price was negotiable. 

So would left be know what your best and final( so to speak) by end of day Monday. The board is meeting again on  Tuesday. 
Also while you follow a team approach who exactly would be our property manager?
