Attached are three documents - the initial draft of the proposed amended Bylaws (in MS Word format), the original Bylaws (.pdf), and the list of propsoed Bylaw changes that we developed last October. The latter are marked in green or red font to indicate which items were included/addressed in the draft amended Bylaws documnet and which items were not in cluded.
I'm most concerned about how long it will take to get any Bylaw changes done, as the current Bylaws require that all of the FIrst mortgage holders for any/all of the Units must provide written approval for any changes. That will require not only some adavnce written notice to them (30 days) but then we'll have to run them all down to make sure we get written aproval from at least 2/3 of them.
We'll discuss this at our next Board meeting on Monday.
